Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use Paddim as a personal shopper or errand runner:

Step 1: Download the Paddim Partner App

Step 2: Sign Up as a Personal Shopper

  • Create an Account: Open the app and sign up. You’ll need to provide basic information like your name, phone number, and email.
  • Select “Delivery”: During the sign-up process, choose the option to become a personal shopper. Manage Services > Manage Vehicles> Add vehicle > Delivery/Errand/shopper Services > Car or Bicycle/Motobike or Foot.
  • Submit Documents: Depending on the type service and requirements, you may need to submit identification (like a driver’s license or Govt ID), proof of Address, and possibly a background check by our Team.

  • Receive Orders: When a client requests a personal shopper, you’ll get a notification. The app usually shows the store, items requested, estimated pay, and delivery distance.

Step 6: Shopping for Items

  • Shopping Lists: Once you accept an order, the Paddim App will provide you with a list of items to purchase. If an item is unavailable, you can communicate with the client via in-app chat to find substitutes.
  • Payment for Items: Client will make payment using the Paddim Wallet or credit card. In some instances, client may decide to pay with cash or transfer. Follow the payment instructions to ensure a smooth process at checkout and delivery.

Step 7: Delivery

  • Deliver to Client: After purchasing the items, use the app’s navigation to find the delivery address. Follow the app’s instructions on how to hand over the items (some clients may request contactless delivery).
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once the delivery is completed, take any necessary photos or and confirm the delivery through the app.

Step 8: Receive Payment

  • Earnings: After delivery, you’ll receive payment directly in the app, including the delivery fee and any tips the client may add.
  • Payouts: Paddim app allows you to cash out your earnings at regular intervals. You can exchange your earning for instant cash by transferring your wallet balance to other service providers, users or during our monthly payout to your bank account.
