If you’re a looking to order a personal shopper through the Paddim Delivery App, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to request one to shop and deliver items for you in minutes:

Step 1: Download the Paddim App

Step 2: Sign Up or Log In

  • Create an Account: Open the app and sign up by providing your name, phone number, email address, and other required details. If you already have an account, simply log in.
  • Verify Your Account: You may be required to verify your account through a code sent via email and SMS.

Step 3: Select the Personal Shopper Service

  • Home Screen: Once logged in, navigate to the main dashboard.
  • Choose “Delivery or Errand”: Look for an option to Book a personal shopper. This feature will allow you to send someone to shop for items you need from specific nearby stores.

Step 4: Choose a Store or Custom Order

  • Create a Custom Order: If the store isn’t listed, you may be able to create a custom order by manually entering the store’s name and location. It is better when you add a nearby landmarks to make it easier to identify the the stores.

  • Enter Items: Once the store is selected, enter the list of items you want the personal shopper to buy. This may include groceries, household items, street foods like Bole, Mamaput , roasted corn, or any products the store offers.
    • Quantity and Details: Be as specific as possible about the quantities, brands, sizes, or any other details that will help the shopper find the right items.

Step 9: Receive Your Delivery

  • Delivery: When your personal shopper arrives, they will deliver the items according to your instructions.
  • Confirm Delivery: Once the items are delivered, you can confirm the delivery in paddim app.

Step 10: Payment and Tipping

  • Payment: The payment method linked to your account will be charged after the delivery. This can be Card, Wallet or Cash. We encourage you to use card or wallet payment, Paddim app will typically handle both the shopping cost and the delivery fee in one transaction.
  • Tip Your Shopper: After the delivery, you’ll have the option to rate the shopper and add a tip if you haven’t already.
