How to Add Services on Paddim App as a Service Provider

Here is how you can add services to Paddim as a service provider:

1: Download the Paddim Partner App

• Get the “Paddim Partner” (or Provider) app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
• Create a provider account: enter your phone number, name, email, and password.

2: Choose Your Service Type

• During signup (or later), pick which services you want to offer: taxi, delivery, home repairs (plumbing, electrician, appliance repair), beauty/barber, etc.
• For taxi, delivery or errand: upload vehicle details (make, model, year, plate number, color or ) if needed. Paddim allows delivery or errand by foot.
• For “other services” (e.g. electrician, barber, generator repair, plumber, etc): go to “Add or Manage Services => Add or Manage Other Services” in the app.

3: Upload Required Documents

• For taxi/delivery: upload driving license, vehicle images, insurance, a selfie, and any other required documents.
• For other services: you will upload documentations relevant to your specific service (certificates, Govt ID, etc.).

4: Set Prices & Availability

• In “Manage Other Services,” select the services you’re offering and set your prices.
• Define when you’re available (days and times) so that customers can book you.

5: Verification & Approval

• After submitting your services and relevant documents, Paddim team will review your application.
• Once approved, you can go “online” in the app to start receiving booking requests if your are offer Taxi or Delivery services. With other services, you can stay offline. We will send you email and text notifications once you have a booking request.

6: Start Accepting Jobs

• When a user requests one of your listed services, you’ll get a notification via SMS and Email.
• Accept the request, do the job, and get paid through the app (Card, Wallet, Transfer or Cash).

7: Grow with Referrals

• Paddim has a referral system: you can refer other providers or users and earn rewards when they join and complete a job
• Your profile (with services, pricing & reviews) helps build your reputation on the platform.
